The NT Persona Kit

The NT Persona Kit is the collection of files NeoThymos prepares for download at each deployment — everything needed to configure the chosen agent runtime environment with the persona, together with the documents that communicate who the persona is in prose.

A Persona Kit can be produced only for a locked persona. Deployments and re-deployments are free, and a Persona Kit can always be re-generated for the latest deployment configuration of each runtime environment.

What is in a Persona Kit

For the target runtime environment — regenerated with each deployment:

• Configuration files — the files the runtime consumes directly (for example a SOUL.md and its companions), rendered for the chosen target environment and Prompt Detail Level. These carry the persona itself: its personality and its communication style, expressed the way that runtime expects them.
• Install instructions — how to place the files and perform the target-specific configuration.

About the persona — unchanged from deployment to deployment:

• The Character Study — the persona’s written portrait, as a PDF.
• The biography — the persona in prose.
• The Personality Knot Sigil — the persona’s unique emblem, derived directly from its personality.
• Portrait images — where the target environment can use them.

Because the persona-level documents do not change between deployments, a re-deployment typically needs only the fresh configuration files.
