What NeoThymos collects, why, and what never leaves the account.

(First-pass draft for rework — written to be honest against the current architecture; verify before publishing.)

What we collect

Your account is your email address and sign-in identity (Google, GitHub, or email and password, via Firebase Authentication). The personas you design — their personality vectors, identities, deployment configurations, and generated kits — are stored in your account so your Gallery and Library work across devices.

What we generate

Locking a persona runs paid AI synthesis (a description and a portrait). The inputs to that synthesis are the persona you designed; the outputs are stored with the persona and belong to your account.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data. We don’t train models on your personas. We don’t share your content with anyone except the infrastructure providers that store and process it on our behalf (Google Cloud) and, when payments launch, our payment processor (Paddle), who handles billing details so we never see your card.

Downloads are yours

Kits you download are files on your machine. Deleting a persona destroys its server-side content; kits you already downloaded remain yours.
